Privacy Policy — Basis21

Last updated: July 5, 2026

Basis21 ("the app") is a blackjack basic-strategy trainer for practice and education. It does not involve real-money wagering, betting, or gambling of any kind. This policy explains what data the app handles.

No accounts, no data collection

Basis21 does not require you to create an account or sign in. The app does not collect, transmit, or have access to any personal information about you.

Everything stays on your device

All app data — your chosen rule profiles, drill settings, practice history, and accuracy statistics — is stored locally on your device only, using standard on-device storage. This data is never sent to any server, because the app has no server or backend of any kind.

No third parties

Basis21 does not include any analytics, advertising, or tracking software of any kind. No data is shared with third parties, because none is collected in the first place.

Deleting your data

Uninstalling the app permanently removes all locally stored data (settings, history, and statistics) from your device. There is no account or server-side copy to separately delete.

Children's privacy

Basis21 is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children, since it collects no personal information from any user.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version of the app adds a feature that involves data collection — this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the change.
